Questions
How far in advance should I enquire?
As early as you can. There's no set cut-off, but every celebration takes time to plan, and a date is only held once your booking is agreed. If your date is already set, it's worth getting in touch as soon as you know it, so we can check it for you.
Do you set up and pack down?
Set-up is included with full-service styling, so the room is ready for your celebration. Pack-down is arranged for each event and priced in your quote, so you'll know exactly what's covered before you book.
Can you work with my theme or colours?
Yes. Your colours, theme or inspiration are where we start. Share whatever you have in your enquiry: a palette, a few photos, a link to a board, or just a feeling you're after. If you'd rather we suggest a direction, tell us that too.
Can I enquire without a full plan?
Yes. You don't need every detail worked out to get in touch. Tell us the kind of occasion, roughly where it is, and anything you're imagining, even if it's only a colour or a feeling. If the date isn't set yet, tick “Date not set yet” on the form. Working it out together is part of what we do.
